When opening the link for the distance you have chosen, look for the button with the 3 dots. Click the button, and follow the drop-down options for the file type you would like. GPX is good for all bike computers, and many GPS navigation apps on smartphones. TCX files are good for several types of bike computers, and give audible turn notifications 30 meters in advance.
It is advisable to download the file onto a laptop/computer, and then send it to your phone, etc.
